During an interview I did with a
daughter of one of the child laborers, I asked if she had graduated from high school. She replied, "I'm a graduate of
White's College." She explained that she meant she had quit school to work at the White Brothers mills. Since then, many
other people in Winchendon have told me the same thing. So now I present all of the identified children in the Lewis Hine
photos, the Class of 1911.
